   Monstera likes heat, so it’s probably something else. I would make sure that it’s getting enough water and and is in a humid location

   Is it getting direct sunlight?? the dry heat or super bright direct sunlight (for too long) can do this. It’s definitely looking like burn damage, root rot or pests don’t look like this almost ever!
