Hi! I gave my mini monstera new soil after a few years because there was mold growing on top of it, she used to be standing tall and thriving and now she’s droopy. No yellow leaves or anything like that. What could be wrong?

Did you give it a good watering after repotting? And plants will shock after repotting but typically bounce back pretty easily!

Hmm… Any root disturbances while repotting? Any lighting differences? Also is the new soil rich in nutrients? Maybe apply a little fertilizer. Might help if it’s been a a week or two after repotting. The plant is probably in shock from transplanting. Just check the light, water, and fertilize when necessary.
