The soils looks pretty wet, does it have drainage?

Ok, my guess is that it’s been overwatered. You should look at the roots to see if there’s any root rot (brown, mushy, and have a bad smell).

It also looks like it doesn’t have enough light. It should ideally be in a south facing window

You could always get a grow light

Mines also got squishy leaves on the bottom. I’ve clipped them off and so far it stopped but I’m debating whether or not to repot into a better draining soil. Im leaving it alone right now to be safe 😅
