I got two of these pink princess philodendrons from Costco maybe 8 weeks ago. Both have started showing some brown spots on one leaf. Any ideas how to help them out?

    also I know they look a little thirsty I watered them today (I was a bad plant mom last week)

    The one on the right just looks like physical damage (sun, heat, or ice)
