I need help! Is this thrips? I saw a slender black bug crawling and it’s making me nervous! Any help/ input appreciated!

  Agh thank you! I immediately quarantined him and checked the plants around but they all look okay. I hope I caught it early enough!

  That’s good! But be super careful and check your other plants again in a few days because thrips can fly

  Thank you, I will! I’m thinking of giving him a shower and then spraying him in neem oil. Is there any other pesticides or things to do to fight the infestation?

  Neem oil is good. Or you could use insecticidal soap. Treat a couple times a week until they’re gone. You could use a systemic pesticide to stop them from coming back
