How it started vs how it’s going. 😭 My first begonia, and she got powdery mildew and dropped all her leaves in the first 2 weeks. Grew a new leaf and that one fell off yesterday. Not totally sure what to do here

    Breathe. Some begonias prefer to go dormant in fall anyway. Try cooler room with less frequent watering and let her rest?

    Begonias hate me - even though I love them! Currently tryin’ to keep my Cracklin’ Rose alive.

    I would take some cuttings of the stems and lay them on damp saphagum moss in a container with a lid like a wet stick type of propagation. This will restart the whole plant and the roots. Begonia need a surprising amount of light. A grow light helps with that.

    Begonia’s love humidty and to be moist but not damp with too much water. Think tropical plant.
