Do you guys know what I’m doing wrong? I recently got this plant from Aldi (it had a dead leaf already - which I cut off. I also repotted it as I noticed one tiny spider mite on the leaf. Now it’s got one droopy leaf and one leaf with brown dots around it. I checked for spider mites and it’s clean. Any idea why it’s sad? What shall I do to bring it back to life?
How long ago did you repot it? It might just be taking some time to bounce back. Alocasia love humidity and light. I use grow lights for mine
1 gillaI think it was about 2 weeks ago I repotted it. Right after getting it. I think it might not be getting enough light to bounce back from a bad state

1 gillaI’ll give it some time before I water again, do you think maybe I should repot but also use hormone powder type things? Would that be more of a shock on the plant or potentially help grow?
0 gillningar I definitely wouldn’t repot it again, I would let it go.

Fungus gnats larvae eat the roots, if you have them. That can cause the weakened leaves.
1 gillaI have a problem with fungus gnats on my other plants but it seems so be under control with the traps and the thing I put on top of the top layer of the soil - unsure what it was called now.
