Is this webbing a bad sign….? I don’t see any signs of bugs and my snake plant seems to be in fine condition.

Looks like mold to me not usually harmful but if it bugs you scoop it out. I see this in a lot of plants with soils that hold more water
いいね 1件The mold itself isn’t harmful. I does indicate too much water retention. If the light is strong it may be okay. If the plant starts to decline that’ll confirm it’s too retentive for the conditions .

I usually scrape this mold off and stir the top inch or two of soil when it pops up!

ditto what everyone else said. touch the base of your plant though. if it feels mushy or moist, change the soil. and only wait until the soil is dry to water. bottom watering might help in the off season

Its mold, try scraping it off and if it comes back you probably want to repot it and mix regular potting soil with orchid media or perlite, just something to keep it from getting too wet
