Should I water this cactus plant? I watered it about two weeks ago. Planta says to water it in 17 days.

    Probably not
 they really don’t need to much water. If its mushy or rotting its definitely to much water - make sure the the soil dries out all the way before watering and you have good draining soil and holes on the bottom of the pot.

    she looks perfectly happy!! if you’re wondering about the stuff on top of the soil- it’s calcium buildup from tap water, nothing to worry about.

    oh, I did just notice that you didn’t fill in all of the information for your plant. Do that first, then check what your watering schedule looks like.

    Planta tells me to water my cacti pretty often too. I ignore that, they can go so long between waterings. You could probably go a month or 2 between waterings. You can wait until the soil is completely dry my recommendation is to wait longer than that :)

    I’ve done this before and for me it’s tap water build up. I try to have water sitting out overnight but life doesn’t always let it happen. If plant is healthy it should be fined I’ve taken too solid off and replaced it with nutrients, it’s been working out.
