Does anyone know what to do with this. I’ve sorted what caused it. But don’t know whether to leave it or prune it off. Any help please

It's up to you as it shouldn't affect the plant if you cut it off or not. I'd personally cut it just above the green part, leaving a little brown.

Bromeliads die after they flower but will usually put out a couple pups that you can propagate before then. Cutting off the flower will encourage this.

So will it re grow?

The flower on the mother plant will not but the pups will. Once a pup is a third the size of the mother plant, you can cut it off as close to the mother as possible and re pot. The new plant will mature and flower.
