PEST OR PARANOID? Is this a pest or a fleck of nothing? I saw it and dismissed it as a fleck of nothing, so I threw it away without looking at it with a magnifying glass (but not before I took a picture). Now looking back at the picture, Iām kicking myself. It really looked like NOTHING when I examined it up close and personal, but the picture says otherwise. Iām ruling myself out as an unreliable eyewitness and asking for help. Google Images was inconclusive, but seemed to agree it was some sort of bug. Released a single ladybug on my plants in this area just in case, mostly so I could feel like I was doing something about the āissue.ā But now worried Iām waking up to a full-on infestation of aphids because I didnāt inspect further, hose it down, treat it, etc.
