Hi all! Can you help me to understand is those small points in my plant are bugs or plague? Or normal spots from my plant! Thanks a million!

Unfortunately, you have one of 8k species of sap sucking scale insects! Luckily, you caught it before they got worst. Most people don’t notice them until the plant starts to yellow. These look like the hard shell kind with hard tortoise like backs. You have to kill the adults with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol and scrape/wipe them off. They keep their eggs under their shell and the shell blocks neem oil and insecticidal soapy sprays from what I’ve read. Follow up by spraying with neem oil or a soapy water spray to kill the young, exposed eggs and anything in the soil once you’ve taken care of the adults. Some species can sprout wings at a later stage. That’s probably how they got to your plant. So, isolate and spray nearby plants and the area underneath them. The life cycle is 3 to 4 weeks. So, spray repeatedly at least once a week and keep checking. Good luck. 🍀
