There are so many reasons this could be happening. Over or under watering / too much sun or heat / or just being in a dry climate. I see the soil looks pretty damp so I don’t think it’s under watering, I would recommend misting the leaves every morning to rule out that issue & if that doesn’t help try moving it to a different spot in your home. I’m no plant expert but trial & error has always helped me 😊

Would definitely need more information but in my experience my corn plant doesn’t like wet feet. So I do wonder how often you water since the soil does look damp. If you’re an overwaterer like me I’d suggest a chunkier mix. Good luck

Hi! Could be water quality? I had the same issue with my corn plant, and then it stopped happening after I moved to a new city. After some research it turned out the tap water had been pretty hard, and is much softer in my new city, and this plant often responds to hard water with brown leaf tips!
