I have been battling mold in my pothos plant and I just noticed this translucent worm. It is VERY tiny. Any ideas? I sprayed neem oil when I saw it.

    Mold is actually a good thing for plants and so are worms. The worms help aerate soil and keep it vitalized. Now if in a huge abundance then they are not good but for the most part worms/mold mean the soil is probably decent. If you notice that your plant is yellowing it could be from dampness or a little on the wet side. Mold and worms like wet, damp soils. They won’t really take an effect on the plant itself.
