Hi! I’ve had these cacti since May, never been repotted and have been absolutely fine for months - I believe they’re ‘toothpick’ cactus but i’m not 100% sure In the past couple of weeks this one has mysteriously started to shrink and turn black (for reference it was the same size as the others) Does anyone know why? Or if it can be saved? The other two are absolutely fine and no sign of doing the same at all! Thanks in advance :)

Repot to a chunkier soil that might help it.

Yeah I would repot with chunkier soil and something for cactus. This could be holding too much water and also when have you watered it?

Yeah I would say that’s good. But with cactus you can always go a little longer and it won’t hurt them. I def would pot to a chunkier soil. And wait to see if that helps. If the cactus is not able to be saved then I would just remove it so it doesn’t mess with the others
