Ні, My schefflera has been unwell for some weeks now but I just can't seem to figure out what's wrong with her. Her growth has stopped and every so often one of her leaves will begin to turn brown and then drop off. I initially thought the issue pertained to a lack of sunlight, so I've moved her slightly closer to the window but it's made no difference; she's still dropping leaves and isn't regrowing anything, nor have her youngest leaves at the top grown to full size. Can anyone offer any advice as to what the issue is and how I might fix it? Thanks if so.

She needs a bigger pot! I’d repot and pick of any rotting roots or dead ones. If you’re concerned about lights I recommend a full spectrum grow light. That’s done wonders for my plants.

I agree—her roots have run out of space. I’d either give her a bigger pot with fresh potting mix or trim the roots, clean the old pot, and then repot her in fresh soil in it. Don’t fertilize for a while until she starts getting stronger. 😎
