Hi guys I just recently bought this Ficus Tineke. The leaves are browning it sits between two east facing windows so not a whole lot of direct sunshine but is getting plenty of new growth. Any recommendations what to do to not have more leaves browning? The plant was shipped to me 10 days ago so it’s possible it’s a shipping related thing. The soil is pretty dense as well, and still wet after watering two days ago should I repot in better vented soil? Thanks so much in advance!!

Was probably watered too often. I made that mistake w mine. She likes to be dry between waterings

I agree with Gabby, it looks like a watering issue.

You might want to consider a more chunky soil so that it gets the right amount of oxygen, especially if you say the soil is very dense. That will always help!

My first post here, thanks a lot everyone!!! Will repot now and hopefully report back that it stopped the browning in a few weeks.
