Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas to what is happening. I repotted a couple of weeks ago. I sprayed a fungicide because I didn't see any pests, but the brown spots keep spreading. Ideas of what it is and what to do? TIA!

How much do you water it? And does it have good sunlight? If not the worst thing you would have to do is just take off any of the bad leaves and see what goes on next. Cause when leaves start to yellow there no going back to green for them. Hope this helps!! And good luck!!

I repotted a couple of weeks ago and they were good. I will check them again. How susceptible are they to root rot. I let it get mostly dry before I water again

Monstera plants are typically known for their resistance to root rot. But proper lighting is necessary for Monstera. However, they may be susceptible to this condition if they do not receive adequate sunlight. Root rot is a common problem for people who don't give their Monstera plants adequate sunlight

i have heard that monsteras can withstand pretty serious prunings as well as overwatering due to their native habitat (think tropical rainforests). don’t be afraid to clip off what’s bad so the plan can funnel its energy into the healthy leaves!
