So, I have a monsterra that is in a low light area and it was doing well and then it wasn’t. I think I have almost lost it…only one leaf left thriving. It has good drainage but the soil stays fairly wet at the base of the pot. I thought it was able to do well in low light…anyone else have this problem?

Monsteras will still prefer more light than less. But because you mentioned that the base stays fairly wet, I would consider checking for root rot. Roots need to breathe. Also, I think I see an air vent right behind the plant. Most plants don’t respond well to a cold draft.

That’s helpful…I think those reasons are the answer. Thanks👍🏼
