Hope philo browning tips: - lives next to a humidifier that constantly runs and under a grow light - I mist almost every other day with a capful of dr. Bronners soap to help mitigate fungus gnats - I feel confident in the watering schedule using a meter to only water when it hits the line between moist and dry (I do not let it dry out). - liquid fertilize once a month - soil does read high alkaline, wondering if that might be an issue? Otherwise I’m stumped. Had this guy for 9 months now and most new leaves look healthy. Spotted one small one with similar browning.

The leaves closest to the light are gravitating towards it, there is browning also on the furthest leaves from the light

Mine doesn’t like to dry all the way out. And in its current pot, I end up watering every 4 days to keep the browning away. She doesn’t have extra humidity, so that might be an issue. Mine’s leaves are so thin compared to other philos and I think that’s why she isn’t very drought tolerant…

That’s a great suggestion, I’ll adjust watering to keep it in mid-high moist gauge and see how it responds.
