is there something wrong with my plant? or are these just older leaves dying? I've had this adansonii for about a month and it hasn't been repotted, i just moved to a new place and it was very hot in my car for the 2 hour drive, been here for a few days. some of the stems seemed to be squishy but have perked back up.
It could be a number of things… assuming the guy has the good amount of sunlight and water he needs. The plant could just take some time to recover from some of the traveling/heat “shock” OR be sure to check the soil isn’t overwatered from the previous owner so it isn’t root rot
1 Like Thanks! This didn't really start till it got home, it came from a very humid green house, to a little colder house with not as much humidity, it may be the shock, hopefully it's nothing serious and it bounces back in a few weeks!
1 Like If the soil isn’t damp, maybe give a good solid rinse through the soil and leaves and let it drain and completely dry
