Hello, I bought this money mask plant from my local grocery store a few months ago. It was already damaged when I got it on discount. It seems like the top foliage is coming along great so far, but the bottom foliage seems to only be getting worse. He’s about 5 feet from the window now, he used to be 10 feet but I moved him today. I water when the top two inches of soil are dry and the rest of the soil is slightly damp. Which is usually about 9-11 days. Is this too little water? Should I just trim the damaged the foliage or leave it? Any recommendations for fertilizer?

as long as the bottom leaves are still green, they’re absorbing light and providing to the plant. cutting them off isn’t a problem though, it will just make the plant produce more top leaves since it is losing them at the bottom
