so i have a couple of plants with the same problem but this is the most prominent. This is my asparagus fern, and it’s got mold on the soil. i’ve tried sprinkling cinnamon and switching out the soil after cleaning the pot, and i can’t dry the soil out as much as the internet says, because it’s more of a tropical plant and needs the moisture. any tips on what could solve this issue?
I used to have this issue. It’s not actually harmful to you or the plants, but it isn’t aesthetically pleasing. So I started bottom watering all of my plants which keeps moisture from sitting on top of the soil and minimizes mold growth

this happens when there isn’t enough airflow, try running a fan in the room your plants are to increase circulation. this will discourage the mold growth and help the topsoil dry out faster
