I think I may have overwatered my (new) caladium. You can see it’s right next to a (west-facing) window. Any advice? Let the soul dry out a bit more? I hope I didn’t kill it…

    So if you leave it how it is, it will continue to die. Remove it from the pot (so it’s bare root)and let it dry out on a stack of newspaper or paper towels for a little while and change out the soil to something dry before putting back in. Also NEVER pour water over the actual plant, this will lead to the same problem but worse.

      Just did as you suggested! Hoping it comes back to life in a week or so…
