Any suggestions? Is there a way to re propagate it? The last leave fell off but the roots look alive. I sprayed it with fungicide.

    Hey Catherine! Based on the pictures provided it looks to me like your orchid got *too much* water. There’s a small chance you can still revive it though! If I was you I’d place it in a moderately sunny spot (3-6 feet back from a South or East facing window) and let it thoroughly dry out for at least a couple weeks. After a couple weeks, check its roots for any obvious signs of growth. If they’re still damp at all, let it dry out a couple more weeks. After that, I’d recommend watering over the top with cool, filtered water ~ once a week until it runs out of the bottom of whatever vessel it’s in. Make sure it drains thoroughly. If you haven’t already, it’d be a good idea to switch out the bark it’s in and/or move it to a vessel with more drainage if that’s added to it’s inability to drain properly in the past.
