Can anyone help me identify this pest? No app can pick it up and I don’t recognize it. It’s spreading fast and leaving damage on my philodendron and fiddle leaf leaves that looks like burn almost. I’ve used neem and insecticidal soap, hasn’t gotten rid of them. Please help!

It looks like whiteflies to me. Neem oil and insecticidal soap should have worked, but you can also vacuum them up! Do you have a compost pile nearby? Whiteflies love decaying organic matter and lots of nitrogen, so it any dead leaves or plant debris could be attracting them. I hope this helps! 🍀

I also thought whiteflies. Neem oil got rid of them for me also.
