Hello! I am a new plant parent and was feeling ambitious and got a fiddle leaf fig šŸ˜£ (big mistake). One stem is leaning, the bottom leaves look dropped to me, and Iā€™m worried itā€™s not happy. Iā€™ve only watered it once since buying it 7 days ago as it was bone dry from Home Depot. I donā€™t know if it has root rot, needs pruning, a bigger pot? Iā€™m doing my best with a humidifier, indirect light, and pebble tray (water isnā€™t touching bottom of pot) to make it happy. Any advice is welcome!

    In my experience thatā€™s pretty normal as it gets bigger. Maybe just add a support for the branches. Also could be shock from a new environment! Iā€™d give it a couple weeks! Looks very healthy to me :)

    I just came to say I think itā€™s looking really good! And it sounds like youā€™re doing everything right. I love these but Iā€™be never been ambitious enough to get one myself.

    repotting can be stressful for fiddle leaf figs especially when itā€™s acclimating to a new environment, just give it time šŸ˜Š
