Hi every one I've noticed one of my monstera leaves is appearing to be variegated and I was supper happy. But the white part is looking brown but not crispy. Anyone know whats happening and why? And does anyone know how to fix it?

To me that looks more like a leaf that got stuck unfurling and started to rot. Leaves that get stuck wrapped up generally produce gradual lighter coloration (true variegation would have more of a segmented look with clear lines)

Agree with this. Doesn’t look like variegation.

    Maybe overwatering also.
