Going to post this in two groups. This is not my picture but found it on Reddit trying to find answers for something similar but in a much milder form happening on one of my Alocasia leaves. Does anyone know what this could be? No pests were found at all. It’s like small yellow spots. Don’t think it’s fungal or bacterial because often that is accompanied by wilty leaves and brown halos. Any advice is welcome.

Could also be wet feet where the roots are sitting in water as in the water catchment dish. I had that with too of my plants. I had water drain to the base of the dish. The soil and was never soaking in water. But, the roots ā€œsmelledā€ the excess drained water add dipped in like a straw. I fixed it by removing the dish below the pot and repotting.

New growth after removing the dish has no yellow spots.

Thank you for this! I always make sure it dries before watering and don’t think I keep the bottom wet but I’ll definitely keep that in mind!
