My asparagus firn is developing extreme cobwebs, I know this question seems wierd. Their all over the soil. We don’t have a spider problem, as it is kept on the counter inside the house away from windows. We do have gnats though, I’m not sure if that effects anything. Anyone know what they might be from, and how to keep them away? I move my plant once or twice every week, and yet… anything helps!

they’re so small you usually can’t really see them. webs are a telltale sign. run your fingers on the leaves of the plant and if you see rust brown/red streaks on your fingers then it’s definitely spider mites.

I agree def spider mites. They make very thin webs.
