   I think it’s mealy bugs. If you look up the plant type there’s a tab in the problems and pests section that tells you how to deal with them. There’s also info on web and YouTube. No good experience here so sorry I won’t be much help

   I’ve had mealys on my houseplants a number of times and I remove them with rubbing alcohol and a qtip and heavily spray the plant with neem oil once every 5-7 days. It works well for me but yours is on a larger scale. I buy neem oil concentrate and mix with water so it’s more cost effective.
