This jade plant has been doing great, but I just noticed all this fungi growing in the soil! Is it harmful? Should I remove it? All insights are helpful, thank you!

That fungi is beneficial to your plants! It’s breaking down decaying organic matter and making more nutrients available to your plants! Those are most likely Leucocoprinus birnbaumii if you want to find out more specific information on them.
2 J'aimeNot harmful. You can scrape it off if it bothers you but it’s not necessary. The slime mold on the bottom of the pot typically indicates that your soil is staying wet for a long time so you may want to decrease your watering frequency and/or increase your airflow to the plant

Thank you! I’ll decrease watering for now, plant doesn’t seem to be suffering so that’s probably the issue.

The ones on the bottom of the pot look like fungus gnat eggs to me, i could be wrong tho

they’re a fungus, gnat eggs aren’t that visible or yellow

That explains why i still have so many fungus gnats after getting rid of all of that lol. The orange stuff is just mushrooms they don't harm the plant. But if you have kids or pets make sure they do not eat them.

i’m more worried about the orange stuff on top than the mycelium. i would spray the top with some copper fungicide but leave the bottom

Succulents are iffy with watering I’d see what Planta suggests. I’d water through or do a 15-30 min soak and hour dry.
