this is my newest plant. Does anybody know why the leaves are turning yellow? I’ve had issues with a philodendron in this pot and place before. Is it the pot? Or maybe not enough light?

Definitely not enough light. Needs to be lower in window so it can see the sky. Light=energy. No energy to drink water, so soil is staying wet for too long and overwatering (even if you didn’t over water that is result from not enough light) and probably root rot.

Yes. Type in root rot to you tube and watch how to treat it. Its complicated. Better to visually learn that one. Trust me.

I agree-leaves need light to photosynthesize. If they aren't Green, they need light!

Agree, it doesn’t seem to have enough sunlight from the window. About the root rot, increasing the light amount will help, as it will boost photosynthesis, also, try to repot into smaller pot/more drainage components to help with drying of soil between waterings. Hope that helps
