Hello!! Iām a NEW plant mommy and Iām worried. About 5 days ago I did some pruning āhope I did it right,ā and today I used some a neem oil/water mist and wiped her down. Iām assuming with the dead ends not even a week later Iām doing something wrong?? Help please?!!! I also donāt know the name of this plant to add her to my app! If anyone knows thatād be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanceš
Looks like a corn plant
She is stressing. Usually when I get a new plant, I leave them alone for a few days so they can get used to the light and location. Give is a few days. As long as they have light and you watered them it should be fine. These are pretty resilient.

0 gillningar The it is probably something in the water. Maybe too many sediments or too much chlorine? Depends on where you live. We have hard water here so I have to use rain water for some. Sometimes it could be the temperature of the water so I try to let it come to room temperature it I am getting it from the tap. If nothing then check the roots. Maybe it needs a larger pot.
1 gillaAs a type of dracaena, sometimes these guys will be a little sensitive to tap water and get brown tips from that in my experience. You can water with distilled water or just leave tap water sit out uncovered for a day or two before using.
