   Those look like juvenile thrips to me. I’d say use some cold-pressed neem oil spray you can find online. I know there’s other methods too but I’ll leave that to someone more knowledgeable. Good luck!

   they are definitely thrips! i just had this issue. i used this insecticide with neem oil every other day.
