recently my cat started to play with my peace lily's leaves, and they became ripped and moist and looking really sad. i am currently keeping the plant out of my cat's reach, but it is still not looking good. this plant is very sentimental to me and i would hate if it died. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated 😁
That little sassy pants. 😼 The leaves which are torn probably won't make it. Especially if the stem is damaged too. It looks like one leaf in the back could be ok. You might want to take it out of the pot and put it in water. Let the roots get out of shock and then replant. My cat gummed (he doesn't have teeth) one of my monstera leaves until it was bruised and torn. I had to talk myself out of making cat soup that day hehehe. 😉
2 gillningarAlso, they are just very dramatic plants. How long ago did you move her? As long as she’s well watered and fertilized, she should bounce back soon once she’s over her temper tantrum.
1 gillapeace lilys are very very dramatic i would listen to the advice above and i think she should be fine! Also please be careful with peace lillies around cats they're not as poisonous as actual lilies but still toxic!
