My poor string of dolphins has been having a tough time! When I brought this plant home, I noticed an aphid infestation and weekly treated it with neem oil until they were gone. Then, several weeks ago, I noticed a spider mite infestation! For the past two weeks I have been weekly treating it with neem oil. Do you think my plant will recover? I don’t notice any pests on it now, but am nervous bringing it back indoors. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, I don’t recommend bringing it back indoors. Struggling houseplants actually attract pests so it’s likely that they will return. You could take propagations and be sure to monitor them for pests!

Honestly, I’d pitch it and buy a new healthy one. I Don’t chance infecting my whole collection with one unhealthy insect-prone plant.

You could trim off the dead branches and propagate the green fleshy parts in water (away from other plants) to recoup your loss. Looks dead at the soil line. Repurchasing from a different seller as recommended is probably the best. I would bag and tag that soil and dead branches disposing far away from your yard. Then, treat/clean that clay pot before reuse.
