Why are the leaves of my Peperomia plant curling and have dark spots on some of their back sides?

These guys like to dry out. My first guess would be a watering issue. If you are confident your watering/fertilizing is not the problem, then I would suggest it could be a Calcium/Magnesium deficiency (if you are noticing the new growth coming in deformed and weird). Mine did this and all the research I found lead to that. These guys need more Cal/Mag and there isn’t enough in most regular fertilizers. I found it on amazon. So far I’ve used it 1x and the leaf shape has improved. As for the brown spots on the back….those haven’t changed on mine.

Got it on amazon. There are a whole bunch of options though. I only picked this one for the price/size (I ordered the smallest bottle).
