I had some drama today with my new Chlorophytum Fireflash. I think I caught it early. Using a DIY foliar spray of 1 gallon water, 1T baking soda, 1/2 t concentrated dish soap. Scooped offand replaced inch or so of soil from surface (until I could see roots). Going to keep treating and holding my breath until it’s gone. 🤢

Fingers crossed. I appreciate that recipe and am putting it in my cap. The only time I dealt with a bug situation was when I grew garlic a long time ago. The whole endeavor of repotting etc ended when I bumped into a shelf and dropped the two-foot planter full of garlic plants onto myself, the floor, into a clothes drawer etc. I was done ha.
