I Just planted 4 new plants in 5 gallon buckets. My yellow bell peppers don’t seem to be doing well though. We planted them on Saturday into a cow manure and compost mix, added a little food and watered them. And now the leaves are all flimsy and feel soft and rubbery. I read it could be from too much water so I have been trying to let them dry out a little. But it rained last night. After dark around 11pm I got home from work and checked it and they felt normal and this morning I woke up and they feel rubbery like and flimsy again. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am very new to this. Thank you

I bet it’s the heat or just adjusting to being replanted and out in the sun and heat
