Peach

I have a gardenia bush and the leafs are hard and crunchy to the touch and are turning brown/black and I can’t tell if this is from over watering or not enough sun light. Any help would be appreciated!

Start off small and do what you can, water and check soil moisture per day, (all sorts of methods of checking ie. moisture meter, chopstick test, 1 inch test) if you notice she’s not meeting her requirements for that day like maybe she’s bone dry then water. Light is a big tricky so I’d suggest following what is suggested for lighting with this plant, so quick search told me 6-8 hours indirect light. Always start off small with what you do know that you can do and work up from there.

    Very difficult to grow indoors.
