All of my plants are thriving except my dot plants 😔 which are also some of my favorites. I’m not sure what im doing wrong, the soil isn’t drying I tried repotting but that seemed to make it worse. I’m hoping to save them. Please help.

I have officially given up on polka dots. They are so pretty, and they always let me down. Bon chance with him! If I knew what would help you be successful with them I’d share.
1 mi piaceAt least I know I’m not the only one, I moved the little suckers to different locations, added a grow light and added fertilizer. Pretty much tried everything.

I’ve had lots of issues with my polka dot. I thought she will die so many times. But she’s alive and even flowered :P What I’ve learned: - you can propagate cuttings (worked best for me with hormone growth directly in soil, but you can try in water too; then plant back with mom plant. I was terrified she’ll die so i took all chances) - they like humidity, at least on occasion (I added a humidity dome, glass/plastic thing, above the plant for a few days, uncovering some times for air flow, and she really seemed to like it) - they do very well with pruning - don’t be afraid (I was!), cut above 2 grown leaves, it will branch out Hope this helps :)
1 mi piaceThanks for this info! I’ll try the humidity dome next. I did try propagating which helped new leaves to grow but it’s been downhill since then. I just read the reporting shocks the plant which might be the issue here.
