Do these white dots look like pests or pest damage to anyone? Or is it common for this type of plant ? if they are pests any suggestions on how to get rid of them I will take! If anyone knows what kind of plant this is please lmk

Beckythe plant is an aptenia cordifolia variegata or a variegated hearts and flowers :) one of my favs!
