I’ve been worried about my anthurium. She’s had a few other problems in the past. She’s been creating deformed flowers that either get produced already green, or it’s red spadix is malformed, or it only stays up to the height that it was when it was first produced. Also, some of the leaves are a lighter green, floppy, see-through, and look like something’s been nibbling on them from the bottom. Maybe it’s because she has a fungus gnat infestation?

Possibly needs to be repotted? Or just given extra nutrients via some good fertilizer. That’s the only things I can think of. Also, I don’t think this is caused by the fungus gnats but if it’s a severe infestation you should probably treat her for them. I recommend bottom watering for a week or two. And depending on how large the infestation is, adding some sticky traps (you can get these pretty easily/cheaply from Amazon).

I just repotted it. I’ll give it some fertilizer. Thanks for the tips with the fungus gnats! ❤️
