I had a small stalk of lucky bamboo growing in a vase filled with rocks and water and the leaves started to turn brown. I chopped off the living piece which is now propagating and has grown healthy roots and I don’t know how take care of it properly. How do I fix the tips of the leaves turning brown and how do I make it grow faster?

I totally had a lucky bamboo that died before I really got into caring for plants. Also in rocks & water. I think my mistake, personally, was not freshening up the water enough (like, ever!)

Definitely changing out the water weekly, or when it starts to look funky will help. I also use filtered water - it seems to get less funky less quickly!
