What’s the easiest/best way to get rid of the small gnats? I’ve done cinnamon and that’s not enough alone. Pics of my new girls for attention

I spray hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the soil, which kills the eggs. It’s helped me tons!

Thank you! Do you dilute it?

If I’m watering with it I’ll dilute to 2 parts water 1 part peroxide. But if I’m just spraying it on the surface of the soil I won’t dilute it. Hope that helps!

Ive had pretty good results using yellow sticky traps to catch the adults. For the larvae in the soil I’ve used both beneficial nematodes and BTI (a bacteria sold commercially in Mosquito Bits/Dunks). I keep a watering can topped up with water and steep Mosquito Bits in it to make a sort of tea. I use the water from this can any time I need to water plants then top it back up with water. After a couple of weeks I swap out the Mosquito Bits for some fresh stuff. I’ve been doing this for a few months now just to keep on top of it. I have managed to get the population down to a point where it’s very rare I’ll see a fungus gnats these days. I will say it’s really hard to get rid of them completely because one gnat can lay hundreds of eggs. Then a few weeks later you get a breakout again. Good luck!

Thank you so much! Hopefully I can at least get some kind of control of them
