I regularly water my spider plants and they just started drooping and losing color. Any idea why this is happening!

Chlorophyll is what makes plants green. A plant turning pale usually means it's not getting enough light and it can't make enough chlorophyll. I'd move it to a sunnier spot and see if it perks up. Sometimes I stick mine outside for a day or two to soak up all the sunbeams before bring it back inside. A grow light would also make a difference if the plant lives in a darker area. Luckily, spider plants are very resilient so it should bounce back pretty quickly.

Do you fertilize? How long since you have it fresh soil?

I have it fresh soil when I planted it a month ago and have not fertilized it yet.
