Neem oil didn’t work very well for me, instead I use bti drops.

Cinnamon works best for fungus gnats in my opinion. Just sprinkle some on top of the soil. I also try to stick to bottom watering for my plants that to more prone to fungus gnats. But cinnamon for sure!

I try to bottom water to keep them at bay, but every now and again I get a few. I've tried Neem oil but I don't think it works that great. And it smells awful. The last few times I've filled a spray bottle with a few drops of Dawn dish soap in it and then mist the soil. I've also used it on leaves when I brought home an alocasia with spider mites 😬

I’ve never had success with neem oil either! Try bottom watering as much as you can & you can get some sticky traps on amazon. I heard the cinnamon thing as well, but have personally never tried it. You can use mosquito bits, those work pretty well! (Also on amazon 😂)

I’ve been trying 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 4 parts water and spraying the soil after watering. Seems to be helping. Plus sticky traps. Definitely going to try the cinnamon idea!
