Hi I’m not familiar with this plant but aside from the dry flowers the plant looks healthy. when my succulent flowers and dries up like this I tend to leave it and let it do it’s thing! If I starts to look like the whole stem is going then I’d suggest cutting it

All I know is that when the flowers are drying up like that, I cut it off.
