So I have a cat palm that is super upsetti spaghetti. I originally repotted it about 6 weeks ago and unfortunately put it under a downward facing air duct. I have since moved it and have it under a grow light now to try and save it. A week ago, i took it back out of the pot and discovered the rootball was super tight and holding water badly, resulting in some minor root rot. I trimmed the roots and repotted it back into the planter and made sure the soil wasn’t packed too tight. I know they’re temperamental, but I’m worried it’s just not going to make it. Any recommendations?

Sounds like you’ve done all the right things… I would just trim back all the yellow or sick leaves and give her time to push some new shoots.
